How long does kitchen delivery take?
Depending on your area as to the day of the week it’s about 7-21 days. The sooner we get the order in to the factory the better placed they are to deliver as the 2 man factory kitchen delivery needs scheduling and arranging each week depending on the orders that come in.
Can I collect from the factory as I am desperate?
No the factory is not set up for customers our couriers to collect kitchens. The factory transport has to deliver for reasons of consistent service levels and accountability. We can rush your order if we phone and ask nicely our contact the factory is always keen to help.
Do you offer planning and pricing
We do not offer planning as it really needs a home visit to enable clear and precise vision of you layout and requirement. You can download the price list and print off, then email Andy a list of units for him to check and peruse any plan you wish to submit with the list for his opinion and advice.
Why do you not have worktops on the web site?
This Chippendale Kitchens web site is all about the Chippendale range and nothing else. To order worktops or see the worktops we offer you need our parent Selffit web site, with online ordering and clear concise pricing with 3-10 day worktops delivery shown.
Do you offer installation?
No, sorry we do not get involved with tradesmen that we have not used ourselves. Being based in Suffolk means we have recommended fitters here in our area but delivering kitchens nationally means a wide area to offer fitting and our fitters love being home every night!
Do you offer odd sized units?
We can only offer the units shown in the PDF price list, as the units are made to order in the factory by CNC router with standard stocked doors, so odd sizes are not possible.
What about extra units if I need them.
We can send remedial items within 48 hours if reported by 10am with larger items (larder units, large drawer units, oven units, cornice, plinth or pelmet and large units on the following weeks delivery route).
If I have something delivered damaged – what happens
While damages, shortages and imperfections are rare due to the two man factory delivery checked off on delivery and stored in your home or garage, you have the peace of mind that we can send any reported items within 21 days of delivery. All you have to do is contact Andy and he will ask for a follow up email to forward to the factory on your behalf.
